Do I need to defrost frozen sausages before cooking them? - defrost sausages fast

I have some great sausages, which were purchased frozen, I have to thaw before cooking, or I can cook it frozen?

What is the safest? Which way should I bake or fried?

I've always heard that it is best to thaw in the refrigerator first, at the risk of bacteria caused by slow heating in a pan, reduce the flower to be made.

I bake my first stove, then transferred into the pan.

If you sausge smoke is already cooked and preserved. But you probably have the best results if you thaw overnight in refrigerator.
