Auto Accident Reports If You Got In An Auto Accident & Cop Came To Write Report, But Gave No Citation For Running Light. No Points?

If you got in an auto accident & cop came to write report, but gave no citation for running light. No points? - auto accident reports

I have this question before, but in reality it is not clear. I was in a car accident in which both sides light. Police came to a police report to write, but never delivered orders for the operation of the light. I think there is no point has it not? Moreover, if the accident would report to our insurance, information about the crash of the DMV to send, and be able to point our license issues, even if the officer who wrote the report gave us a date?

So basically, if the police do not require an appointment with us and gave us a ticket (all you gave us the claim number was an accident of memory), the DMV has the right to the problem later when we show , appointment was not made?

The accident is on your driving record but no points on your license if officials do not issue tickets. The district court is the body that the DMV told to give points to your license. No tickets through court records, no order has ever been given to the DMV to issue points.

There is a small chance that the agent will contact you at a later date to issue a ticket. This is a very unusual situation, concluding that the result of something that the official is not in a position to report on the scene might arise.

At the scene of an accident may be an officer issue citations on the results of their research or on her. However, if the official does not issue the citations show, but the report states that both vehicles had turned red, that information DMV, but not collected because of the points.

In addition, this information is true also for the insurance.

So, if the officer did not issue a ticket - then it is useless, who cares.
